What types of properties do you clean?
Commercial and industrial properties, including office and bank buildings, retail centers, restaurants, schools and universities, churches, parking structures, warehouses, distribution centers, and manufacturing plants. We also take a limited number of residential projects.
Do you offer industrial cleaning?
Yes. We clean plant and warehouse exteriors, loading docks, tanks, silos, structural steel, production floors, and process areas.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry general liability, workers' compensation, and a dedicated drone liability policy. Certificates of insurance are available on request.
Can you work around our business hours?
Yes. Our crews are available 24/7, including nights and weekends.
How does drone washing work?
A tethered drone, supplied by a water line from our truck, cleans glass and facades on the upper floors. It removes the need for lifts, scaffolding, and rope access.
What happens if the weather turns?
The drone does not fly in rain or high wind. If the forecast changes, we reschedule and let you know as early as possible.
Do you offer recurring service?
Yes. We offer quarterly, semiannual, and annual maintenance programs.
How do you price a job?
Every quote is based on the property and the scope of work. After we review the property, you receive a written proposal.
Can you work with our vendor onboarding?
Yes. We provide a W-9 and certificates of insurance and work with vendor compliance portals such as Avetta.
Where do you work?
We are based in Birmingham, Alabama, and licensed to operate in 16 states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia.

We take on a limited number of residential projects. Use the quote form and choose Residential as the property type.
